A Few Tools for Self-Purification and Self-Formation.
(Episode 1)
Surrendering oneself to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala
He who surrenders his affairs to Allah (SWT) lives a life of eternal comfort and thoughtlessness. He is beyond thinking of anything except Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala alone.
As Amir al-mu'minin said I was satisfied with what Allah had ordained for me, and I surrendered my affairs to my Creator.
Just as Allah (SWT) was good (to man) in the things that are gone, so He will be good (to the people) in the things that are left.
As Allah (SWT) says In the words of a believer who was among the people of Pharaoh
I entrust my affair to Allah, surely Allah sees His servants. So Allah saved him from the evils of their plot and the worst punishment touched Pharaoh's party.
(Surah Al-Muminun 44-45)
The word tafweed (surrender) has five letters, each letter having an order.
He who obeys these commands obeys them - like the ‘t’ of Turk (star or abandonment) which means abandonment of plans in this world. ; فنا (fana or vanish) - ‘f’ which means the hope of everything except Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala vanish.
; ‘W’ of Wafa (Wafa or Agreement) which means to implement the agreement and fulfill the promise. The 'Y' of 'Ya' (Ya 's or despairing) which is despairing of oneself and belief in your Lord, Yaqbeen and the' Z 'of Zamir (Damir or conscience), which is the conscience and necessity for Allah alone (Darurah or necessity). He (Allah) needs.
He who surrenders everything to Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, wakes up in the morning free from all evil and sleeps at night with full security of faith.
O Allah, grant us what we ask for. And accept us in the way of your day.
